Thank you, everyone, for joining the first session of our Bloomfield Avenue Is a Commons project and our screening of Close Encounters of the 34th Avenue Kind. The documentary was a wonderful testament to how we practice community, something we’re also constantly learning to do together. Our community is a commons.
This is an edited version of the Three Practices panel, Clarence’s talk, and our Q&A. We kept it short and sweet. Kimberly and I are a team of two, which means we’re used to working lean, fast, and DIY. We do a little bit of everything. If you want to support the work, you can give here and subscribe to our Substack and YouTube.
We also welcome collaborations where we can be genuine partners in shaping the vision. If your organization wants to use Three Practices to explore difficult questions about people, power, and our relationships to built, physical, or natural space, we’d love to facilitate a half-hour, one-hour, or two-hour session.
