Bloomfield Avenue is more than a roadway it is a COMMONS. It’s a place where people work, shop, meet friends, raise families, commute, celebrate, and sometimes experience tragedy.
On October 15, we’re going to have a very special event at Montclair State University and you are ALL invited.
We’re gathering firsthand stories from people who know the avenue best.
We’re especially interested in:
Favorite places and memories
Biking, walking, transit, and driving experiences
Businesses and landmarks that shaped the community
Moments of connection and belonging
Near misses, crashes, injuries, and traffic fatalities that left a lasting impact
Share your story by leaving a voicemail at 201-387-0178 or emailing your story here with Bloomfield Stories in the HEADER: D1011@SuburbanReview.com.
Selected participants may be part of the larger October 15 project that will be recorded, archived, so that we can remember what Bloomfield Avenue is and what it CAN continue to be.
